Sugar Rush Femme Return Policy

At Sugar Rush Femme, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- Your order is missing an item.
- If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our email support address. Please include: Your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, non-Returnable Items For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Opened products; Used products; Products marked as final sale; Gift cards
2. Refunds
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Sugar Rush Femme.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Sugar Rush Femme is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
